BENVENUTI NELL'OSSERVATORIO
L'Osservatorio sulla prassi italiana nella conclusione di trattati in ambito migratorio è un progetto nato nell'ambito della Strategic Litigation: International Human Rights Legal Clinic (IHRLC) dell'Università di Torino. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di fornire sia alla società civile che agli esperti del settore strumenti che consentano una più profonda comprensione della politica estera dell'Italia in merito alla gestione dei flussi migratori. A tal fine, nell’Osservatorio sono identificati ed analizzati in chiave giuridica i trattati ai quali l’Italia ha aderito attraverso, talvolta, forme e procedure differenti (i.e. Framework Agreements generali, trattati conclusi in forma semplificata, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) firmati dai rispettivi Dipartimenti di polizia, etc).
